every 24 months from your last date of service. Your VSP
network doctor can help you choose a frame based on your
plan's coverage.
Additional Information: How can you get additional pairs
of glasses? VSP Doctors offer valuable savings
including a 20% discount on non-covered pairs of
prescription glasses. Services must be received within 12
months from the same VSP doctor who provided the last
covered eye exam.

may choose contacts instead of glasses (lenses and frame)

Copayment: None
Coverages: $105 allowance plus a 15% discount
off the contact lens exam (fitting & evaluation)
Your plan provides for contact
lenses every 12 months from your last date of service. Your
allowance is applied to both the contact lens exam (fitting
and evaluation) and the contact lenses. The contact lens
exam is a separate exam for ensuring proper fit of your
contacts and evaluating your vision with the contacts.
